Leptospermum (Myrtaceae) rubinette

Image of the flower found here.

Leptospermum (Myrtaceae) rubinette (Latin name) is a rare flower found mostly in Australia, where it goes by the name of "Dessert Snow".

Found out more about the flower here or why not do a Google search on it?

  3. It's called desert snow, with a single s, not a double one. It lives in a dry environment and not in the last course of a meal.
